Will my account remain safe?
Instagram has daily limits to the amount of particular actions your account can perform (likes, comments, following, and unfollowing). 

We have dozens of accounts continuously testing Instagram's limits, and we keep your account(s) under these limits so that they remain safe. Our proprietary software will automatically reduce its speed to ensure that your account is safe from hitting Instagram limits. We even leave extra breathing room so that you can continue interacting normally, giving you the ability to still perform any of these actions manually throughout the day. If you were to hit a daily limit, Instagram will block your account from performing that particular action for 24 hours. 

Though we have an awesome track record, it's up to you to know Instagram's Terms of Service and realize that they don't like users automating on their platform. 
Will my personal information be safe?
Your Instagram account is connected to YOUR email and phone number. Therefore absolutely NO ONE can change your password without Instagram first alerting and asking you for permission. Furthermore you can simply change your password at anytime which will automatically block our system from accessing your account. Lastly we encrypt and keep safe all client data.
Is there a contract?
Nope, you can cancel anytime you'd like. We make life easier on businesses by making the campaigns recurring, to cancel simply send us an email here: [email protected] and please put in the subject line: Cancel My Subscription. If you want your account to stop running immediately, send us a message from the help tab at the bottom of the screen after you've canceled, otherwise your account will run the remainder of your paid period.
Will I gain REAL followers?
Yes! We do not sell followers. This is a software that automates your engagement for targeted REAL people who use Instagram everyday.
How many new followers will I gain?

How long does it take before I begin to see my IG account growing?
We ask that you give us 24 hours to look over your submissions to make sure they are error-free and will work well for our software (brand new accounts typically are not good candidates for this automation software). We are (mostly) in US central time, and if you submit a request between 8am-6pm Monday-Saturday we should have you up and running in about 5 hours. 
I submitted my Instagram info. & have not received an email notifying me if I'm approved?
Unfortunately, due to strict email guidelines it is quite possible our email communications with you may have been lost in your spam or promotions folder. Can I upgrade to a higher service or add Diamond whenever I want?
Yes, you can! Just let us know by e-mail, and we can go ahead and upgrade your service and even add Diamond whenever you want.

Are there any hidden fees, and can I cancel anytime I want?
There are no hidden fees, and you can cancel your subscription anytime.
What if I didn’t like the service?

How long should I expect to wait to have my account setup once I provide my information and payment?
Once the payment has been processed, we take it from there. We may require validation for your account, so be prepared to check your email for the following 24-hours in case more information is required. 

It shouldn’t take more than 24-hours from payment to fully set you up.
My account isn’t getting the activity I paid for, what can I do?

What if I haven’t had service in 3+ days?
We will always provide you with an extension for the times missed, so if you missed 3-days of service, we will extend your subscription by such time. However, remember to always email us at the first sign of slow-down so we can get ahead of the problem.
How exactly, does it work?
Instajam works by following, unfollowing, liking and commenting on the content of other users. We do this based on the targeting you select as well as the targeting that we select for you based on our research and experience. Because you engage with other people, they engage with you and return the favor by liking your content and following you back. This results in massive increase in followers as well as leads and sales if that is your goal. It is next to impossible to get someone to follow you unless you follow them first. If there’s no response, we unfollow them to keep your following clutter-free.
I’ve emailed you like 10-times, where’s my response?
We focus on emails on a first-come-first-serve basis. If you email us multiple times, your email will be queued back, as we want to focus on the older emails first, before getting to the new ones to ensure everyone gets a response within 24-hours at the most. Try to compile all the information you can into one email.
Where are the additional videos I was promised during the sign-up?
You can go into the Member Login (Click Here) and sign in. You may have to sign-up for it as well, but you must sign-up with the same credentials used for your Instajam account. This will give you access to videos to help grow your account, and other useful information.
